Brett Shaves

Mr. Brett Shaves is the President / Sole Owner of Pacific Coast Development, LLC (PCD), in Newport Beach, CA. His philosophy is to focus on certain West Coast and Hawaii commercial and residential markets, to create a quality development specific to each community's needs. Mr. Shaves has completed numerous projects since 1999 and has several additional developments in progress.

Mr. Shaves possesses 15 years of real estate development experience, including several years in corporate real estate. Specifically, he worked for a major oil company managing their acquisitions in the Southwest U.S. Mr. Shaves has personally acquired and/or developed properties in California, Nevada, Montana and Hawaii in both the commercial and residential sectors. His experience in acquisitions, finance and project management provides the leadership PCD requires to continue growing. BA, UCLA

Dennis Shaves
Vice President of Acquisitions

Dennis Shaves has been involved in the acquisition and disposition of institutional and privately owned properties since 1974. He has acted as both Principal and Broker of various projects, including a 500-acre master plan community, a 24-office building development and 134-acre residential and commercial development. He brings his years of expertise to PCD to assisting in the acquisition of properties, as well as equity and joint venture relationships.

Edward Davis
Vice President of Development

Ed Davis joined Pacific Coast Development as the VP of Development in April of 2008. Ed is in charge of overseeing all financial and development operations for PCD. In his ten years of experience in the real estate development industry he has acquired, entitled and managed over $100 million in assets.
